Choose an available advertising spot, purchase it with a one-time payment, and add your advertisement. Your logo or image is displayed in the spot you claimed and can link directly to your website.

No. Climb and Claim uses a one-time payment for each advertising position. There are no recurring subscriptions for a spot.

You are purchasing an advertising position within the Climb and Claim structure. The purchase gives you access to that specific spot and its advertising features, subject to the Terms and Conditions.

Yes. Available positions can be selected when purchasing. The price and visibility of a position may vary depending on its location within the structure.

There are fewer positions as you move higher in the structure. Higher positions are therefore more limited and may receive greater visibility.

Your advertisement cannot normally be changed after it has been published. Each account is allowed one logo change per calendar month, intended for correcting issues such as an incorrect image resolution, format, or accidental upload.

Changing the advertisement to promote a different business, website, product, or campaign is not permitted. The monthly change allowance does not reset or accumulate if unused.

The destination URL cannot normally be changed after the advertisement has been published. A correction may be allowed only if the URL was entered incorrectly by mistake and the requested change is clearly intended to correct that original error.

Changes that redirect the advertisement to a different website or a different destination are not permitted.

You can promote a website, business, product, service, project, creator profile or other legitimate online destination, provided the content complies with our Terms and Conditions.

Yes. Certain content, businesses and destinations may be restricted or prohibited. The complete rules are available in the Terms and Conditions.

The structure contains a finite number of positions. Once all available positions have been claimed, no additional positions are added to the existing structure.

The structure is considered complete. Existing advertising positions remain part of the completed structure, subject to the Terms and Conditions.

Yes. You can claim multiple available positions, subject to the purchase limits and rules in effect at the time.

The purchase gives you the advertising rights associated with that position under the Climb and Claim Terms and Conditions. It does not transfer ownership of the website, the structure, its domain, or any underlying intellectual property.

Any transfer or resale of a position is subject to the rules specified in the Terms and Conditions.

Prices are based on the position within the structure and its relative scarcity. Positions higher in the structure have fewer available spots and may therefore have higher prices.

No. Climb and Claim provides an advertising position and visibility within the platform, but does not guarantee a specific number of clicks, visitors, leads or sales.

Where tracking is available, referral and click data may be provided to help you understand how your advertisement performs. Traffic numbers are informational and should not be interpreted as guaranteed results.

After claiming a position, you can upload the required advertising image and provide the destination URL according to the available settings and file requirements.

Advertisements that do not meet the published requirements may be rejected or require modification before being displayed.

Yes. Advertisements may be removed, disabled or restricted in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, including where content violates the rules or applicable law.

Climb and Claim may modify its design, features, technology, policies or other aspects of the service as described in the Terms and Conditions. The platform does not make a guarantee regarding its operation for any specific period of time.

Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances and the applicable Terms and Conditions. Please review the refund provisions before purchasing.
